Annie Awards Media Rules

All media must have a credential issued by ASIFA-HOLLYWOOD for access to the ANNIE AWARDS Press Line. Please fill out the online MEDIA APPLICATION located here: www.annieawards.org.

Freelance writers shall only be credentialed if they are working on a specific assignment for a recognized media organization. The request for credentials must be made on their behalf by the Assignment Editor or General Manager of the media outlet. Credentials may not be used or transferred to any other entity or individual other than the person to whom they were directly issued.

Credentials are issued for editorial purposes only. The sale of photographs, images or video of the Annie Awards for commercial use is prohibited. Photographers who seek to use photos, images or video of the Annie Awards for a commercial project must complete a licensing application and a commercial intent to use form. ASIFA-Hollywood has the sole and absolute right to deny or revoke credentials at any time. The following rules apply to all media working on the ANNIE AWARDS:

Ceremony Information:

There is NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOTAPING INSIDE THE THEATRE. All Media will be seated in our Media Room in the West Lobby adjacent to Royce Theatre. A ticket with a QR code will be assigned to each credentialed member of the media.
