- Unless you opt out, we provide our member’s information to various companies so that you may receive certain Member Benefits, including Award Season Benefits (typically offered from August to February). Award Season Benefits include awards season publications and movie screeners. Your information is provided per individual request, for Award Season use only, and only for the specific purpose of providing you with Award Season Benefits. To obtain a list of companies that we share your information with for Award Season Benefits, please contact us at membership@asifa-hollywood.org. Our EU members are automatically opted out of some of these benefits. To opt-in email us at membership@asifa-hollywood.org to receive member benefits that are available in your area.
- Unless you opt-out, we provide our member’s information to the following: our dedicated screening platform(s), fulfillment houses, Houser Public Relations, animation studios, and distributors on an Award Season basis (to accommodate Annie Award screener delivery). To obtain a list of companies that we share your information with for Award Season Benefits, please contact us at membership@asifa-hollywood.org. Our EU members are automatically opted out of some of these benefits. To opt-in email us at membership@asifa-hollywood.org to receive member benefits that are available in your area.
- If you opt-in, Member’s names, and email addresses are shared with studios and production companies solely for the purpose of enabling the studios and production companies to send screening materials to our members for the studios and/or production companies’ shows.
- When a member applies to be a voter in an ANNIE™ category, the information submitted will generally involve the member’s professional experience, credits and other data submitted in the discretion of the applying member in support of the applicant’s expertise. Such information is shared only with the ASIFA-Hollywood Board of Directors, and employees.
Third parties we currently use include but may not be limited to:
